Three ways to submit your FREE Membership Listing:

1.) E-mail: Copy this page (with ctrl c), start an e-mail to us at mpadgitt@earthlink.net, paste into the e-mail under the body section (hit ctrl-v) fill it out and send it.

2.) Snail Mail:  Print out this form, fill it out and mail to the address below. OR copy and paste this form into a word processor like Word or WordPad, fill it out and then print. If you are upgrading to a premium listing or have other payment, you will need to use this method.

3.) Fax to 816-461-3665  24 hours a day. Pay for premium listings by credit card.

Note: All members MUST be a legitimate business. No personal listings are allowed. You must provide your state tax or Federal I.D. number to be listed.
