Three ways to submit your Membership Listing:

1.) E-mail: Copy this page {with (ctrl c)}, start an e-mail to us then pastethe following into the e-mail under the body section {hit (ctrl-v)}, fill it out and send it.

2.) Snail Mail: Print out this form, fill it out and mail to the address below. OR copy and paste this form into a word processor like Word or WordPad, fill it out and then print. If you are upgrading to a premium listing or have other payment, you will need to use this method.

3.) Fax to 816-461-3665 24 hours a day. Pay for premium listings by credit card in U.S. currency. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Note: All members MUST be a legitimate business. No personal listings are allowed. You must provide your state tax or Federal I.D. number to be listed.

If you want your photo returned include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Sorry, no nude or lewd photos allowed. Size should be approximately 240 pixels wide x 240 pixels high (we will modify it to fit if necessary)
